I'm no specialist, but all I can tell you is what I've noticed. I was noticed

my pain/swelling increase each time my Prednisone dose was

decreased. It got so that I was cringing a the thought of taking one less

pill once a week!

I hate the side effects and the fact that body seems to really NEED the

Prednisone now, but I also know that it does help me with my

pain/swelling from RA.
