Guest guest
At least I treat it like an allergy because I once switched to soy to replace milk, (I love milk) and I would flare every time I used the soy. It took me a while to figure out it was the soy, but when I stopped using the soy, I improved with pain intensity. I dont't know if some of us just become allergic to many things/foods after getting RA or what, but I don't remember having so many allergies when I was healthy. I sure miss the healthy me. love and peace, Ebony > Tess, > Soy is hidden in our foods.
