Guest guest
Hi Nina, I live in Wollongong a city in New South Wales on the east coast. I have moved into another suburb " Balgownie " , just as isolated as where I lived before. You need transport where I live which is something I don't have. Not my choice of places to live. I live in a Villa complex of ten units and I'm the youngest person here. The stories I could tell about this place. I do enjoy swimming and now that summer is nearly here, I will try and get my daughter to take me (I might get lucky). I think my weight and depression are centered on how I perceive myself which is low. I do light impact exercises every day (pain) and watch what I eat. But can't get this weight off.
