Guest guest
Let me know how you like the back massage thing. I have tried 2 different kinds so far. and the first didn't have any heat. and the second the massagers are so hard I can't stand to sit on it. I found me one on the net. it is about $80.00 but it sure looks worth. it looks very well made. Here is the url. tell me what you think. Another problem I have had with the 2 I tried my injuries are like from mid-back up. and the cushions are to short. http://www.amazon.com/COMFORT-PRODUCTS-10-Motor-Massage-Cushion/dp/B0006H3IG0/sr\ =1-1/qid=1167426659/ref=sr_1_1/002-9925632-1844012?ie=UTF8 & m=A19XE0CFLN81HP & s=sp\ orting-goods#moreAboutThisProduct Jena well..*ahem*....okaaayyyy...pain...yup..that's what this is about here. Mostly I wanted to gripe about the lower back pain getting worse and worse....those two vertebrea that caved in under the osteo are probably to blame. Quasimoto has nothing on me of late. My son got a Shiatsu cushion for Christmas and it gave me the idea to give one of those things a shot. I get a few bucks from the army while my son is still active so I treated myself to the back, neck and for the heck of it...foot massager. I did right by everyone else...my turn for me. I'm hoping it helps the fibro/myofacial trigger points. I'll let ya all know if this is gonna help but I figure it's worth a try. Some of the reviews show people who had a lot of repeating back pain and headaches do much better. Crossing my fingers. *¬*.¸¸.·´¨`»*«´¨`·.¸¸.*¬* On the internet, no knows you're a cat. ~StrykerMom~ ~:~Jena~:~ My Home Page My E-mail
Guest guest
I bought this one http://www.amazon com/HoMedics-SBM-200-Therapist-Shiatsu-Massaging/dp/B0000AKT6Q at walmart for my husband for Christmas and it was awesome for the 20 minutes the dang thing worked! I had seen it advertised all over TV before Xmas and he really wanted it.. I tried one out at K-mart and loved it.. Even with my tenderness it felt wonderful.. It has roller balls in it and really gives a good " massage " ..Unlike the ones that vibrate.. I hate those... I still have not taken it back because every time I try the line for returns is piratically out the door! I will probably take it back later this week and I WILL get another.. The only thing, is, for as much as it costs (98.95 at walmart and kmart) they could have at least added some heat to it..lol.. For myself I bought this body length " massager " with heat.. Massages from heat to feet and is padded. Well I get that junk home and turn it on and wait and wait for the heat.. I finally got some, it was a 4 inch x 12 inch heated area only about where my butt was..I was ticked! I thought it would have heat throughout the whole thing, which it should of been.. And the massagers were just stupid vibrators.. There is only one thing vibrators are good for and it isn't massaging muscles!..lol... So it goes back too.. To bad it wasn't all heated, I would have been in heat heaven for my aching body, head to toe at the same time.. Wonder why they don't make something like that? Guest guest
I don't know, Like I said I have had 2 since Christmas and didn't like either on.....Mine has to have heat. that is the mane thing I want. Eckerd's was suppose to have some more in this week. I am going to check with them. the back thing is you are hurting and don't feel like running all over the country trying to find one. the only think Eckerd's had the other day was one that had a MP3 in it. about the last thing I needed. Wal-Mart had one left and it was the rolling massage like you were talking about but NO heat. that just doesn't make any sense to me. if they were making the for people with back injuries looks like they would know the mean thing we need is heat. it has really been a pain trying to fine one. But I just know if I find the right one it will help. Just got to find it. Anyways I am about to fall asleep on my computer so I think I will call it a night. I hope all has a good restful night. Guest guest
The 200 had some good ratings from users. Sorry yours crapped out so early. That is frustrating! I ordered the 400 and sending it will take a little time. The neck and foot thingy are already delivered and the back thing is going to take a little longer. Amazon usually gets it right to you. Newegg is good like that. *¬*.¸¸.·´¨`»*«´¨`·.¸¸.*¬* On the internet, no knows you're a cat. ~StrykerMom~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --- KC wrote: > I bought this one http://www.amazon > com/HoMedics-SBM-200-Therapist-Shiatsu-Massaging/dp/B0000AKT6Q > at walmart > for my husband for Christmas and it was awesome for > the 20 minutes the dang > thing worked! Guest guest
On the reviews someone mentioned it does hurt at first but in time it levels out cause the knots in the muscles will start to loosen up. I figure..ok...trigger points. If anything is balled up tight those things are. lol...this is interesting looking for self help. Here's hoping. They are ordered.. *¬*.¸¸.·´¨`»*«´¨`·.¸¸.*¬* On the internet, no knows you're a cat. ~StrykerMom~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --- Jena wrote: > Let me know how you like the back massage thing.
