The following is something I use on an (almost) daily basis that helps me

(and my clients) stay in gratitude and focused on the important things in life,

rather than just the urgent ones. You may use with my permission and

enjoy! :-)

Daily Grace Sheet

Consistency is the key to changing thought patterns and behaviors. The more

you commit to the process, the more effective it will be for you. Here is an

affirmation to use daily taken from Cheryl 's The Unmistakable

Touch of Grace:

I am now open to receiving the gift of grace. I ask to be shown exactly

what I need to do to achieve this goal or something even better.
