Ditto Daphne. ;) Re; the lichen sclerosis and 's comment below.

Just for information, there's a great list out there at ONE LIST, Just

called LichenSclerosis @ onelist. and started by our own Judy/heart

at home. You'll find the same topics of interest, after all

Vulvodynia means painful Vulva regardless of the disease that causes

it. And... the interesting thing is the cures, the pain, the

theories, the therapies, etc. are all identical. *sigh*....some of

you may want to check it out, I found it to be very beneficial. Just

my $.02cents... *clink. *clink*... Dee~;)

Daphne, did your doctor say anything about the possibility of Lichen

Sclerosis, especially having a whitish tinge?

yes

indeed my symptoms do point to that

Robbie, from a previous post of mine, my dermatologist said (in my own

words) that the LS can cause pain and itching and redness while it's

in the

inflammation stage, but after it's " burned out " , the inflammation

stage goes

away, the skin turns white, and then the LS can be seen in a biopsy.

Maybe

you can ask you doctor about this.

Take Care,
