You are only the second person we know who has claimed a full recovery, so it is important that we hear from you. I did not get your post via e-mail. I only get these messages by e-mail and I don't go to the board. I don't even know where it is... As far as being the only second person to be cured by Russ that is totally wrong. I would guess that if you are following Russ's protocol that you also have access to his forum where you will find many many people who he has cured with all kinds of health problems including candida. The strange thing is I have visited many of these candida clubs and no one ever talks about being cured of candida. I have taken all the phoney products on the market but nothing has worked like Russ's protocol. Even on this club people are still eating carbohydrates and sugar expecting to get cured, it kind of makes me wonder who they think they are kidding? My sister is now into the second week of Russ's protocol and is doing great. My mother is now 90% pain free of her fibromyalgia pain from following Russ's program. No doctor or drugs has ever helped her in the past. My two youngest children have allergies, since following Russ's advice allergies are all gone they no longer have runny noses they sleep better, plus they are not as hyper anymore. One minute they are very interested in a treatment that may work, and the next they hear slander. If you think negatively about Nina or whoever you imagine she may be then email her privately or ignore her completely. Please try to act like an adult. Others are trying to gain information, not negativity. I personally would rather hear more about the effects that you are feeling, the foods you are eating, and the supplements that you are taking. Guest guest Posted February 19, 2003 Report Share Posted February 19, 2003 My report is that I've been following the protocol for several weeks and I no longer get sick -- colds, flus, etc -- and I am off coffee and sugar and feeling good about that and am not suffering many cravings and also my food allergies may be going away because, although generally I do not eat any starches on this protocol, I did break down and eat some oatmeal, which is allowed, which I used to be allergic to, and I did not have a reaction. So, the protocol is definately helpful and I am going to stay on it for another month to see if I get totally well. The downside is that I still have a coating on my tongue in the morning, likewise I do have milky vaginal secretions still, so I do not think I am totally cured. I think if I were to go back to eating starches and natural sugars I would get infections again. Besides , I do not know anyone else from this board who is on the protocol who has totally recovered yet. That is not to say that no one will. But it has not happened yet. I have not heard from many of the other people on the protocol lately because Russ has been reading this board and has come down on us personally for contributing here. He does not have any respect for what happens on these boards, since so many people are so misinformed, which is true. But there are also many many informed people on the board and I do continually learn new things. So I refuse to be silenced. I'm dedicated to getting well and I wish that everyone else will get well to. Thus I am dedicated to the truth. I will tell you all if I get well or if I don't, and if I ever do get well, I will tell you exactly how I did it. And that's that.
