I am going on an Alaskan cruise for two weeks, so I will not be able to

keep up with the goings-on here on the list. Part of the trip will be

land-based. On Friday we'll fly from Charlotte, NC, to Minneapolis,

then from there to Seattle. I have never flown before, so I'm a little

nervous about it.

When they yanked Bextra off the market, I saved what I had for this

trip. Hopefully, that will keep the aches and pains at a minimum and

enable me to walk around on all of those glaciers. I bought a Frio

container to keep my Enbrel cold for the bus ride to Charlotte and the

plane ride. I tried it out this past weekend, and it really does stay

cold for several days.

All of my medications will take up quite a bit of room in my carry-on

luggage, LOL. I'm just thankful that I am well enough to make a trip

like this. I'm going with a lady friend and a church group, because my

husband is just not much of a traveler and has to take care of Jeb (his

beloved dog).

I wish for all of you some pain-free days.

Have a great time, Sue!

I did that for one week a few years ago. We'll compare notes when you get

back.

Hope you feel good for the duration.
