Hi

The Zone Eating Plan is one the promotes eating a balanced meal of 40% Carbs

30% Prot and 30% Fats. The theory is that this allows your body to get the

energy it needs without creating too much of a surplus (thus preventing

weight gain).

There is a very inexpensive book A Week in the Zone ($6.99) that offers an

easy introduction to the plan. There are also several sites to check out:
