Guest guest
My 6 yr son has been on TD-DMPS for 1 year now. He is not on TD- EDTA, but I wanted to respond because I am. I have been using TD- DMPS on myself and in August added the TD-EDTA. However, I was not doing it on the same day. My protocol was Week 1 & 3 I used TD-DMPS. Week 2 & 4 TD-EDTA. I had heard Buttar switched his protocol to the same day with both chelators and it was suggested I switch too. When I was on the Week 1 & 3/ 2 & 4 protocol I did great! I felt good, was excercising, had felt the best I've felt in a very long time especially since getting dragged into the whole Autism world thing. However the change to TD-EDTA & TD-DMPS on the same day was not a good thing for me!! My body does not like the two together and I began feeling like I was getting minerally depleted, had to go and get an mineral IV, had zero patience, became irritable, had serious bouts of depression that came out of no where, and I felt like I was intoxicated with something not long after I applied the two together. I am now trying to get myself back to the old schedule. But it's a slow process I'm trying to do without the side effects. I just wanted to post my experience. I'm sure it's just how my body is reacting, but gosh I can't help to think of a non verbal child going through the symptoms I experienced and not being able to describe it. What I went through is and was not a normal thing.
