Guest guest
hey tess i had and endoscope yesterday myself!! they almost didn't let me go home. my blood pressure went sky hi afterwards. i have been having problems with it the last month that i know of. that's the 2nd time a dr almost didn't release me because of it. so now they called in 2 more medications for me. that will bring me to 13!!! my mom is having a fit. she thinks some of the meds are causing my problems. i feel like i did 9 yrs ago. dizzy everyday. she researched some of my meds and one raises cholestrol and the other can raise bp. i am so lost. my pcp is out of town. i see him July 6th and i see my rheumi 7/22. kathy in il

Guest guest
Tess So happy your surgeon is on his toes about this and letting you call him when you need to. You are one lucky gal to have such great drs. It isn't so much as getting that tan but getting the Vitamin D, the sun give us. I try to get at least 10 min a day in but usually can get 15-20 min even in the winter. Winter is hard so I go out (even if I just stand on the deck or porch with my walker) for a few minutes at a time several times a day. Suppliments just don't give us the right amount of Vitamin D, that the sun does. They help, but the sun is the best for Vitamin D. All my best for your continued success! in Ct. >
