Guest guest Posted June 12, 2005 Report Share Posted June 12, 2005 Hi Toni...I have been on a weekly Humira inj. plus weekly mtx. inj. now for a year, and with just a couple short-lived flares, have had no negative side-effects nor infections. Enbrel just didn't work well for me, Kineret did nothing, Remicade worked but began to need increasingly larger and more frequent doses plus I contracted a stubborn pneumonia while on Remicade...have had pneumonia neither before nor since. I do have to wonder if my body is somehow " cooperating " better these days due to the weight loss, though I am still " morbidly obese' by the charts. I do hope Humira is helpful to you.
