Guest guest
ya, it's actually not that bad at all either. Is called Brownberry has 6 grams and is about $2.99 a loaf. There is also Roman Meal makes a bread called " carb aware " that has 7 grams per slice. It runs about $2.49 around here. Both are good. regards, Re: bread > , > > Where on earth did you find bread with only 6 gm of carbs? Guest guest
Hi All, Now that has begun to brainwash me on his way of eating ( just kidding); Tim and I went grocery shopping last night and we started looking at carbs. We came across this bread called I believe it is Heart Choice or Life Choice anyhow it is only 6 carbs per serving. It was 2 loaves for $3.00 and came in wheat and white. The highest carb food we bought was nacaroni at 41 g of carb which I intend to make goulash with. Guest guest
wow... 6 grams good deal! That is an entire sandwhich that would only have 12 grams of carbs since meet and cheese is mostly free! Nice! Glad to see you and Tim are at least checking labels out and seeing what is in the foods.
