Guest guest
Hi Ann. I don't have MS but have had problems with staying regular. The big thing I came across was taking a large amount of vitamin C, as powder, (or just chushing some tablets yourself) RIGHT before bedtime. Perhaps 2000mg to start, and then increase 500mg per night. In the morning be sure to have rolled oats or some form of high fiber breakfast as well. Let me know if this is useful, Szpak > Hi Jeff - > > Every time I take Psyllium I get constipated. I take a fiber called " Gentle > Fibers " which is flax and several different citrus bioflavinoids.
