I missed your post last time so not sure what advise was given.. but as

well as a rheumy I also see a pain specialist. He is the one that gives

me all my pain meds. They are usually more likely to dispense them as

well because it is thier specialty. I hope you get some relief soon...

there is absolutely no need to suffer!
