Guest guest Posted May 20, 2005 Report Share Posted May 20, 2005 HI my name is I have recently been dignoised with RA by my family Dr. Saw the Rummy last week he is testing me for Lupus said I was showing a Lot of signs for Lupus although my family Dr. said my ANA came back negetive and that I was to old to get lupus (age 64) anyway my question is have any of you tryed water fasting then eating a plant base diet???????? If so what were your results I bought this book off the internet called Lupus Recovery Diet gives several recovery stories people with RA, Lupus, Fibromyalgia Sarcoidosis and one person had Diabetes they all were under Dr. supervision in fact they all went to a fasting clinic all did not go to the same clinic . If any of you have tryed this please reply the woman that wrote the book said she had lupus and has been pain free for 10 years now.
