Looking For some information

I'd like some observations and opinions on which Lumbar back supports

for chair backs. My chair is uncomfortable at work, and I have a

lumbar back support, but the straps don't fit the back because the back

of the chair is too tall. I know of a store in my area which is called

supports, or should I find another brand/type of back support?

I'd also like to know the best type of pain reliever gel that I could

use for temporally relieve pain while working. Sometimes it's

difficult to use the tens machine because of all the wires hanging

out. And sometimes the leads come off, no matter how sticky they are.

I now use icy blue from Watkins. Was wondering if there are any better

gels out there?
