Guest guest
Dear Mark: Perhaps magnesium overall is more important than any other mineral, but the process of heavy metal intoxification and also chelation requires very large amounts of zinc, so in terms of removing metals that is what must have highest priority, with of course magnesium right along with it. They both get depleted very quickly with detoxification but zinc always hits deficiencies sooner than anything else, and must be adequately replaced for this process to be successful. Both minerals are absolutely essential to life. Will be a pleasure quoting you on this one Jacquelyn > In terms of the use of magnesium, I purchased quite a few bottles of the > transdermal and gave it to my family and friends. Some kind of lotion would be easier, maybe. Well you know when it comes to autistic children or anyone else who is ill we cannot leave magnesium supplimentation to chance...and oral is certainly very chancy......more than that if there is any bowel problem. There is nothing convient about autism....and the kids would have much less of a problem with the sticky feeling...also it can be diluted to reduce skin irritation. What I was trying to communicate perhaps would be covered more by the word frustration.....that such a big answer...a way to get magnesium into the kids is not being addressed...at least not yet. Of course I will be doing more about that in the future. Bottom line....oral magnesium is a non-starter....not dependable enough to even consider it a medical treatment. IV and transdermal applications are for sure medically dependable to increase magnesium levels. What I am also saying is that a prime reason so many kids do not do well on chelation and are not recovered is just this....poor mineral magnesium .....on my new site there will be a link to what I will call minerals for life...I almost called the site that....and there I will start my research into zinc...and other minerals..............until then I cannot talk intelligently about zinc though I know you are right about it.
