Pat, I intended to send you this URL earlier, but I guess I just got

busy and let it slip out of my slippery mind. It is for the

Maybe you can find something useful here about how to get help. You

need some relief once in a while from all of your responsibilities.

Maybe just an online support group in this area would help a little.
