Where Jungian Psychology and Astrology Meet

Hello Alice and all of you sitting around the fire~

I've disappeared from you all for awhile in book-pregnancy mode.

But today I gave birth...to my first book: North Node Astrology;

Rediscovering Your Life Direction and Soul Purpose. It's a POD that

will be sold through my blog (http://NorthNodeAstrology.blogspot.com)

and amazon.com in March. Since it's the only book I've written it

really holds so much of all I've learned and who I am....it also is a

lot about bridging the language gap between Jungian psychology and

Western Astrology. It is there between those two worlds that I find,

like Alice does, a lot of nourishment.

So...it was birthed at 11:45 am today at this Aquarius New

Moon. I sent it off electronically to the publishers....it's out of my

hands now. It's now called, by them, " an acquisition. "

I began intensive work on it starting Nov 10th and picked up

steam on it doing full " office hours " on it in December, and the last 3

weeks I've been in " transitional labor. "

My husband, Harry did an enormous amount of editing and general

helping me to survive these weeks. I know it sounds crazy but without a

self imposed deadline to finish, I don't think the book would have

generated the necessary energy and heat for this " alchemical process "

to work.....so I share with you my joy...(and my exhaustion....)and

hope to be more involved in conversations around the fire in the future~
