White stuff in BM on Sporanox

Hi All,

We just started Sporanox capsules with our son. On the 2nd day he had

huge diarrhea BM. In the BM were these white things that were

somewhat hard but could be broken. They are about the size of rice or

somewhat bigger.

Anyone seen this type of stuff with your kids? I want to think this

is a good sign of some big die off but I am not sure.

Is it the granules from the capsules?? Those granules are completely insoluable.
