Guest guest
TAWNY....I read your note and chills went through my spine. I hope your daughter shows up. It would seem if it was her idea to disappear that she would call you at least. But I hope she returns safely.....and I'm sure there is nothing more important than that at this time. How's the Plaquenil working for you? I've taken it for years and have tried to wean myself out of it (as crazy as I am) and learned a big lesson...........stay with your meds.........I take that plus anti inflamtory drug.........and it usually works fine. This is my first real flare up in one year.........it lasts about one week, or skips to another joint........it's in my wrist and I cannot type very fast..........but I'll survive.....please keep us posted about your daughter..............Sal from wv > It's been a rocky road, but finally back online. Guest guest
Hi Marina, It's so good to be back. I'm trying to be strong for youngest one, but it's so hard. I'm not taking very good care of myself. Not only the physical pain, but the emotional pain is eating me up inside. I'm not eating well, I eat yogurt when it's time for my meds. Thanks so much for being here, and giving me strength to go another day. I welcome all the prayers, thanks so much Tawny --- In , " marina_troi " <marina_troi@y...> wrote: > Tawny, I'm soooo glad you're back. Guest guest
Hi Sal, It has been a nightmare for the family. I just have faith to keep me sane right now. It's been a slow wait, as you can imagine. I've been on the Plaquenil about a month now, and I think it's going to take a little more time. I have been having some blurred vision, and I hope that goes away, will talk to my doctor the next visit. I've been really dizzy for some reason, and just feel really bad, not sure what that is. I hope the med works well for me, it's a cheap med. Yes, I know that it's so important to keep on the meds, it just gets so hard sometimes. My wrist sometimes bother me too, I use a wrist brace, that helps a lot. Thanks so much for your concern and prayers, Tawny > > It's been a rocky road, but finally back online. Guest guest
Dear Tawny, Welcome Back! It is so good to hear from you. I haven't been doing such a good job keeping up on posts, etc. But IF you are taking Plaquinel and are have any type of blurred vision, you need to call the Dr. Plaquinel works, I take it, but my Eye Doc said that it can have some affect on your vision and hearing. I have been on it for 2+ years and have just been told that I am becoming red/green color blind! Your eyes are nothing to mess with. I know you are busy, but you need your vision, Please assure me you have discussed this with your Dr. Gentle hugs from the one in the Cast, Armed and Dangerous w/crutches & wheels Carol M. in Ca

Guest guest
Hi Carol in CA, Oh, it's so good to hear from you girl! I have really gotten behind on posts since being gone for so long. How are you doing? I am going to bring the problem up with my rheumy, I go back the 17th this month. I was wondering if there are side effects for awhile first starting it, and it goes away in time. I will keep up with my eye doctor, always something, huh? You take care of yourself, and know that I'm thinking of you. Hugs, Tawny > Dear Tawny, > Welcome Back! It is so good to hear from you.
