ok.. i got a ?? for ya all...

hello all,, hope everyone is doing good,,especially after the last few

days that we have gone thru.... anyway on to my ??? ok,,jon has to go

to alabama in jan. for work... how is he gonna take his interferon???

its a liquid.. cant take liquids on planes... its a shot.. cant take

needles on planes... what is he gonna do?? not take it for that week??

or tell his boss.. it's either rental car or i dont go???? anybody else

had to deal with flying with interferon???? thanks for any advice..

oh. and update on him.. he finished his pul. rehab,, numbers stayed

about the same as when he started.. although.. the whole thing was

mainly for people with copd.. or who had heart attacks... most of

the ''information'' they gave was for them.. didnt really help him

any... and he has finally agreed that he needs to talk to someone.. so

i am on the hunt for a good psychologist here in san antonio... anybody

know of any??? i would like to have one who could at least party

understand what he needs,,, ya know??? anyway gang.. thanks for

always being here for me... and peggy... my friend kathy asked what

your daughters name was.. becuase she said your name is familiar but

cant place you......... i still cant believe we used to be neighbors

Call the air lines and ask how to go about it. I use to have to give my eppy-pen to the stewardess

and get it back when we would get to where ever. I'm sure they have provisions for insulin and such.

May have to get a letter from his Dr. too.

Call his doctor and let them make the decision. He may tell him to just stop the

medication for a week until he gets back. But, give the doctor a call.
