Positive blood occult on stool analysis-help!!

Our son's comprehensive stool analysis revealed positive blood occult.

This has never appeared in our previous 8 stool tests. Should I be

concerned? He also had high bad bacteria (nothing new for us), and no

yeast. He was 4 days off finishing a round of Cefuroxime for gut

dysbiosis when this test was taken. Stool ph was high but within ref

range. Everything else in normal range.

Our son was scoped over 1 year ago and found to have ileum lymphoid

hyperplasia, esophagitis and proctitis. He is on sulfasalazine for

that with some success. Nothing else has changed.

Has anyone had positive stool occult? I'd appreciate any insight.
