I had one less than 2 years ago but have had so much pain from all my medical conditions that I went to the dr. one day about 4 months ago crying with back pain and she was very upset. I STARTED WITH HER ABOUT 9 months ago. I was very swaybacked but I thought it was due to bad posture due to having Polio. Not so! I have lost 2 inches and after a Thorasic Spine x-ray, they found several old and several new breaks or fractures in spine plus Bone Density Test showed I am in the very highest rick catagory for fractures and have severe osteoporosis. Less than 2 years ago I had very mild osteopenia. Now I have to give myself a shot of Forteo EVERYDAY and be very careful and try to do weight bearing exercises. Ladies.....listen to me and have yourself checked before you get to my stage.....shots aren't fun giving to yourself and husband can't bear to do it for me. LOL. Laraine in NC.
