Undoing years worth of damage

Hi everyone. My name is and I have a father who has bpd. He

has calmed down in the past year or so, but still there has been A LOT

of damage that has been done to my childhood. I'm only now starting to

realize how it has been affecting my relationships with males. I think

I may have low self-esteem considering my father isn't a very loving

person. How do I go about undoing all the damage and making myself

stronger?
