Guest guest
Hi , and welcome to our group. This is a good first step in undoing the damage. Reading the posts will help you learn a great deal about the behavior of a BPD parent, and his/her effects on the children. You may also need to assess exactly what the damage is. It can be different for each of us. I recently posted some suggestions for another KO (kid of a BPD parent). Please check out post # 52315 . It lists some books that are helpful, and some others from this group have responded to that post with other book suggestions. You may want to consider therapy too. Many of us have benefited from therapy, although it can be a struggle to find a good therapist! Again, welcome, and feel free to continue posting. Sylvia > > Hi everyone.
