Guest guest
Hi , Well anytime you have " surgeon " behind some doctors specialty, that means you probably have " surgery " in your future. I sure hope not. Do you have problems with varicose veins? My daughter finally had to have hers stripped they were so swollen and painful. Veins are a specialty of a Vascular Surgeon. He might have just the remedy for your collapsing veins without intervention. Too bad you couldn't have stayed on the Remicade long enough to have it take effect. Some people have great success with that. Have you tried Humira? No veins involved but you have to give yourself an injection in the stomach once every two weeks. I was on it for a while and my joints never felt so good. I had a reaction to the medicine, breathing problem, and had to quit taking it. I was so disappointed I could have cried. Trust me the self injections are a small price to pay for relief and a shot once every two weeks isn't bad. Keep us posted.
