If you tune into BBC Radio 2 Vine is highlighting the case of a man who was diagnosed with PCa on the same day his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was offered any treatment she wanted whilst he was denied his choice of brachytherapy and only offered surgery because of the cost.
