Only after I found this group did I realize what was really going on. I also had a lot of URQ pain -- I personally think that the tests used to diagnose stir up trouble -- it wan't enough to give me cholangitis, but enough to cause me some serious discomfort -- and freak me out as well. Guest guest
Mike, That was my experience also. But just because you and I had trouble getting meds to work for us, doesn't mean they won't work for others. How high was your bilirubin when the itching faded? Guest guest
Aloha Folks, I have a question for all of you. I have noticed itching. Is this just a common side effect of the Narco-10-325? Or is this something I should be more concerned about? Having a better day today pain wise anyways. Also another question. Usually when I take the Narco my mouth gets dry. That is going away. Does this mean the medication is starting to become less effective?Any replies welcomed and appreciated. Hugs to all,
Guest guest
Hi , I have gotten itchy with pain meds before; especially when I first started taking them. To me it seemed like a side effect and it stopped after a few weeks or so. It is possible it could be an allergic reaction also. Could you call your Dr and ask about it? Could you try some Benadryl? Good luck! Hugs, ~Write your worries in the sand, carve your blessings in stone~ > > > Aloha Folks, > I have a question for all of you. I have noticed itching.
