Dear Angie,

I'm so sorry you're having a bad time. I'm glad you'll be seeing the

doctor-- let us know what s/he says, ok? Think positive thoughts!

Angie,

I had a foot that used to do that also. I have what they call

hyperflexibility. Big word for double jointed. My foot at times would pop

if I stepped wrong or if I stopped quickly. It really would hurt but

eventually it would ease up and go away. Sometimes the easing would be

fairly instant some times up to a couple of days.

Sister!!! I hear ya!! I'm having the same issues. I am going to an

Orhopedic Foot and Ankle specialist. My orthopedist sent me to him. I

have had so much trouble with my right foot & ankle (stress fractures,

torn tendon, popping and cracking, plantar fascitis). Now my LEFT one

is feeling ignored so it's starting to give me grief.

Has your othorpedist called you back yet?? Isn't this soooo

frustrating?? I hope things work out for you soon.....Marina

Sorry you're in so much pain Angie. Foot pain can really get you down.

I hope your ortho has some answers for you.

Thanks to everyone who wrote Yes I did hear from the othro today he

wants me to wrap it for a few days and stay off of it as much as

possible thinks it might just be because I am having to put so much

pressure on it since I have the camowalker on the right foot I hope

it is just the arthritis and not a fracture but if it is not better in

a few days I have to go and get it xrayed Thanks Angie

I am so sorry you are having such a bad time. My hands and wrists get like that

a lot. Have you tried those gloves for your hands from wal-mart? I find they

help some. I think they are called Hand-Eez or something like that, they are

near the pharmacy. They do help with the swelling and throbbing I find. I have

had days like that too where I just curl up on the couch and don't want to do

anything. Do you have an appt coming up? I know the humidity makes my hands

feel worse too. I cannot imagine being in Florida, you poor thing. Hang in

there, you will have better days and we are always here for you.

Hugs and prayers,

Tracie
