If only that were the case for me!! I have been a sun worshipping,

milk guzzeling, vitamin taking, water sport loving gal. I never used

sunscreen. My mom always yelled at me for that telling me I would end

up with skin cancer!! She was just jealous because she couldn't tan

like I can. But, here, 20 some years later, I have no signs of skin

cancer. Just RA and all it's accompaniments!! For Joy, LOL.

Personlly, I am sooo greatful spring is here. The heat of the sun

feels soooooo good on these poor old 34 year old joints!!!

Take care, all......Marina

I worked in the yard today, and the sun was brightly shining, so I must

have gotten some vitamin D. There's no shade yet, since the trees

haven't grown their new leaves yet, so it was hot out there! I think we

so often go from winter straight in to summer, and just skip spring

with its perfect temperatures. Of course I'm sore from using different

muscles than usual, but I'm just glad I'm able to get out there and

work. Sue

I love working out in the yard!! That kind of muscle soreness is

something I can handle. I guess because I know it won't last. But,

it's worth the aches to be out and bask in the sun....Marina
