Because of my bariatric surgery and malabsorption, I HAVE to monitor Vit

D levels. Currently my levels are way too low, and my surgeon phoned me

this morning to up my Vit D. He ended the call by saying, " I want you

out in that sunshine whenever it comes out! " I had terrible reactions

to being in the sun for years. This past year that hasn't bothered me

at all.
