Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 I have been on MTX for almost 2 months now and have not noticed any signs that it is working. I was taking 7.5 mg for about 6 wks and now taking 12.5 mg since my prednisone has been decreased. (boy is that not fun!) Should it be working by now?
