Happy New Year and Thanks to All

As we wind down the year and look to 2002, I want to personally wish each

and every member of this wonderful community a happy, prosperous and

fulfilling New Year. I also want to thank you all for the highly

professional manner in which we have all carried on our business together

for the past 3 1/2 years. Our contributions have been substantial. I am

very proud of what we have done together and am very excited about what we

will do in the future together.
