Guest guest
Barb, When you take Nizoral and you have a yeast infection, you can go into die-off, which is what happens when the yeast is killed and releases toxins into the blood stream. These toxins can make you very tired. This is temporary and will pass in a few days. The best thing to do is get lots of rest and drink lots of water. Also avoid eating anything that will feed the yeast while you are taking the Nizoral or you may develop a resistant strain of yeast. Things to avoid are sugar in any form, including natural such as fruit, milk, honey. Anything with refined flour such as bread, flour tortillas. Fermented products such as alcoholic drinks, vinegar. This is a start, for more suggestions, see my website. Anne M., RN MCFighter@... http://members.aol.com/MCFighter/
