Guest guest
OK, for the last week or so my right ankle has been KILLING me. I've also been tripping a lot, but I've always been a klutz . This morning I happened to look down at my feet, and my right foot is sticking out at about a 45 degree angle! Also, it almost looks like my entire ankle is " shifting " to the inside of my foot, though this may be an illusion because I have flat feet, and my right is worse than my left. When I try to point my foot forward, my entire leg goes out of whack....knee points in, lower leg looks bowlegged, thigh feels like I'm trying to pull it out of its socket. When I hold my leg naturally, my foot (just the right one) is pointing out like a clown. This has NEVER been an issue before. Why would this be happening?!? It actually felt ok yesterday because I tried to stay off of it (partially because I was EXTREMELY tired for no real reason...AGAIN), but once I tried to point it forward, even for a minute, it started burning/aching again, and has been getting slowly worse all day. Both ankles are swollen, but the right has always been worse. This is driving me nuts!
