Just wanted to share, in case some didn't catch it in the one post, my blood pressure was 130 over 90 about three weeks ago. I started low carbing about 2 weeks ago and yesterday it was 116 and this morning it was... 112!! The docs are watching the top number more than anything. With my bgs in tight control, it has totaly lowered my blood pressure without the need for medication. High bgs is the heart killer in diabetics and I'm starting to seriously see that as being true in my own life. Hoping this encourages some.
