Guest guest
I too have neck pain, but mine is due to 3 torn disks in my neck C3-C4- C5 and i will never be able to have surgery. I too also have a large chest, just recently after fighting my insurance for 8yrs i am finally approved to have a breast reduction. Start documenting your neck pain and mention it to your Dr. so he/she can also put this in your records, you may just be able to get a breast reduction. In my case it will never make my pain go away, but it will help relieve it a bit.
Guest guest
Hi Breanna, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Okay, this thing is called a Posture Pump. Its too bad that you can just " try one out " to see if it works for you. I'm not sure if the company does this or not, but they seem to be around $150.00, which is expensive for something you don't know works. They have them on Ebay for cheaper. I really like mine and do it about 3-5 times a week, depending on how sore my neck is (more sore=not so much). Anyway, you can at least read about it to see if its something you might want to try. I had 7 pounds taken off my chest (and they are still D's) so I can definately relate to wanting them suspended in air. LOL! I had to wait 10 years for my insurance to approve mine, had to develop cysts in my shoulders, disc protrusions, and nueropathy before they would approve mine. If they had approved it 10 years pryor I probably wouldn't have had any of these problems and they wouldn't have had to pay all those bills. But I guess they don't think about preventative medical practice, which in all reality is driving up our insurance premiums. Frustrating. If you could find a Dr. (I know, I don't like Dr. either very much) that could say IF you don't get a breast reduction, these are the things that are going to happen and these are the things that are happening now. I actually had to suggest to my orthopedic surgeon that my large breast were the reason for my shoulder cyst, as he was " stumped " . DUH!!! I'd like anyone to try carrying two 5 pound bags of sugar(or even one) on their chest for 20 years and see if it doesn't start doing major damage to the body. I also wrote my insurance company a letter about all the ways my large breast hurt or interferred with my life. Good luck Breanna! Breanna Ostensen wrote: Please send me more info!! I'd love to find a new treatment. Any suggestions on how to relieve the pressure/pain caused by my large breasts? . __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi Caitlin, I have neck pain also; my neck gets sore, I have spasms in my neck, my neck burns, I have tingling; In addition to other symptoms. Anyway I would be interested in info. regarding neck pump. I've been doing cervical injections (3visits); I don't think it will work(the injections); I think the pain doc. is going to talk about surgery, maybe the neck pump can be an option I could try, I really don't want surgery. Thanks if you can do this. LaDonna, <caitlink69@...wrote: >I have this same type of pain. I use what is called a neck pump >(got it at my chiropractor), which is different than a neck- >stretcher.
