Guest guest
This is fascinating to me, because my friend recently had to have a hip replacement because of avascular necrosis. In her case, it was thought to have been brought on by chemotherapy following a mastectomy. I guess hers wasn't found early, but it seemed to progress at lightning speed. While waiting for the surgery, she finally was confined to a wheelchair. Sue On Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at 04:10 PM, Nina wrote: > > This condition that can result from long term steroid use. I had the 1 g. per day steroid pulse by IV. Nina
