Well, I went to the doctor.............

And she found a lump on my thyroid. She also took 4 vials of blood to

test thyroid, estrogen, progesterone, and a bunch of other things.

Since I had a lump on my thyroid and having bad cramps she set up a

ultrasound for the 11th of May for both things. So I am kind of

freaking out because Jeff felt my throat and said the lump was HUGE.

He said not to worry about it unless there is something to worry

about but that is fine for him. I myself am worried although I cant

feel the lump myself.

She was going to write a rx for Vicodin but saw I have a pain doc and

tore up the rx saying " ask your pain doc if he will let you take your

b/t med for your cramps and headaches " . Great, now I have to ask him

about cramps and headaches. Hes really nice but I just dont think it

is his responsibility just because I am taking pain meds for my knee,

but she refused to give them to me regardless of my arguments. Oh

well, I see him on Tuesday and I will ask him. Gets her off the hook,

I feel.

Other than that I have been having a headache (she says they are

migraines) almost every day. She did give me a rx for the migraines

that is not controlled and they seem to work but they are expensive

for me. 30.00 for 7 of them! Well, at least I have insurance and that

is a blessing.

We have been having thunderstorms everyday in the afternoon and I

think that is helping my headaches along too, something like the

barometric pressure. It also makes my knees swell up. At least dinner

is easy. I going to rottiserie cornish game hens and making a salad.

Jeff said he would help me, so that will help me.

I pray for the people in Kansas, it was terrible they had those

tornados! All those people are displaced. I feel so blessed with what

I have, and the friends that I have.

Well now that I have vented yet again, I want to send hugs to

everyone and hope you are having a low pain day!
