Hi everyone!

This is Jen in Fl and I am having a bit of a rough morning.

I woke up and I feel like my Sternum is going to crack. If I breath

deepor pull my shoulders back I fell like it is going to snap. The

other strange thing is that my heels are burning. They dont feel hot

to the touch just hot feeling on the inside. Still very new and

learning. I go to the RA Doc for the first time April 14 and 15. is

this a mini -flare? Told hubby and he felt it I got a massage it would

feel better. I didnt have the heart to tell him massages hurt me.

where as for most it feels good. I am going to try a hot shower and

tylenol in a few.
