- Medical Myths: The Ripening of Cataracts

Good article . What I had done was called Small Incision Cataract surgery. I

had one done and the other 3 weeks later. However, I had no idea that what I had

was any different until some of my friends told me they were not to bend over or

lift heavy things after surgery where I had no limitations. I finally phoned the

surgeons office, thinking I may have missed some information but she assured me

I had not. Now I no longer need any type of glasses and last Spring I noticed

all the trees, bushes etc. looked greener than I remembered.
