Off-topic: Update on Mom

I just got off the phone with Mom. The " electric shock " treatment to her

heart this morning worked. Her heart is beating normally now. She sounds

less congested, and my kid sister, who was in the room when I phoned, said

she is looking much better - and less puffy. We believe she will be released

tomorrow.

grocery shopping on the way home from work so I could sit by the computer

It's just that every once in awhile I get something from a joke mailing list

that tickles me, and I convert it into a Signature. Driving thousands of

miles a week and listening to the yokels on the CB, hour after hour, gave me

an attitude, I guess ... )
