OK, I hope that isn't too goofy of a question. : ) There is a pretty big bump in the front of my right thigh, about 2/3 up from the knee to the pervic area. It feels very similar to an incisional hernia I have in my abdomen from my bariaric surgry. There is no pain, redness, nor heat. Just a big ol' protruding bump/lump. I have had bumpy muscles for many years, but this is different. And I don't know if it is sticking out so much because I've lost a lot of weight, or?
