I haven't been able to pull my right foot upward from the ankle for several years...since the night the disks ruptured or whatever really happened. I am going to see my Pcp...I'm not sure what but it seems several things are going on. All that " right-sided " stuff...then I'm having flares of psoriasis popping out on my forehead and hand (places I've never seen it before) and have a hard bony bump on my right index finger and my left wrist right on the joints.
