Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 I'm driving a 2-hour commute (each way) two days a week for a while, and it's very hard on me physically. I get tired, of course. My neck and shoulders get achy, my hands hurt and go numb, and my knees hurt. Any advice for making driving physically easier? I thought about a heat wrap for my shoulders.
