I got this information from a site, where a bunch Of Master Herbalists And

Naturopaths visit. I believe you can find a sequence chart like this in some

of the Chinese herbal medicine sites, they use a chart that is very similar,

and very complete, I am trying to find it.

It's the time, when these functions happen in our body.

What it means you can get idea, of how your bodt works.

For instance my kidneys and adrenals are stressed, I can tell by using this

chart, what I do is look at is the clock, and see what time it is, when I

wake up in the morning, then I compare it to the chart, this is what the chart

says, 5pm - 7pm = kidney/adrenal this was interesting and a little bit of

insight.

Is this used for diagnosis? If you hurt around 1am to 3am you have

problems with your liver?

This may be used as a clue, if you're having inflammation pain at certain

times I would work on those systems of my body, it gives you an idea where to

start. If you understand what your liver does, you can understand your

problem.

Jeff: What does this mean? Obviously we use our

heart/lungs/colon/etc.. all the time.

Thanks Jeff!

Something to think about... I usually wake up when the alarm clock goes

off!...:-)

Not when my body tells me to.
