I am trying to decide between Clickbook, Appointment Quest, and Acuity. I see someone asked about clickbook not to long ago - are you using it? I specifically want to have the patient fill out a customizable form (eg What is your language preference?) while they are making the appointment. Clickbook has a customizable form that is emailed to the user only after they make their appointment (which is much less desirable for my situation - I get foreign speakers who have case managers making their appointments for them).
