Could also be worth identifying your beliefs about sex - what it is,

what it means - eg " Good girls don't have sex " , etc.

Some thoughts on this:

Sex is being seen as bigger or different to other things, like

kissing, hugging, talking or sharing a drink together. Not good or

bad, just noticing.

Also - you had sex with him? Is that true - how do you know? maybe

it was just you having sex with you and he just happened to be there :-)
